They didn't have the food 3 times what we had ordered, often had to change it, the food was hardly salted 🥘 The service was still nice because of the stress. The worst part was simply that after waiting an hour they told me that the food I ordered was not feasible and that I should order something else.

Delicious food and quick service. Top. The only thing that could disturb would be the always the same ambience and always the same menu. Otherwise recommendable!

Can only be recommended in Corona times. Hygiene conditions are implemented impeccably with charm and still spread a cozy living room atmosphere.

Long wait, starters were forgotten, and I also missed the little flags that usually hold the burger together. The food was delicious and the prices were already at a very high level.

The waiters are incredibly nice and always funny. The food tastes really good and there are many different and "unusual" dishes that you don't get everywhere. The price-performance ratio is good and the atmosphere in the diner is super cozy! :)

We charged our car next door and ate in the diner. Attention! Super tasty and plentiful. Nice little house that is comfortably furnished. Not with synthetic leather benches from an old USA limousine, as is usual, but cozy.

Take the star away again, unfortunately you can't rate without it. We arrived in an almost empty restaurant and waited almost an hour with a toddler for the food, and when we asked, we received an unfriendly answer. At least my nachos had been standing for a while and were already soft. For me the first and last time.

We were there on October 8th, 2020. We have been there for the second time. The last time 2 years ago. This time the food wasn't that great. It was only lukewarm and half of it was missing. Which is of course a shame at this price. The waitresses were very stressed, even though the restaurant was only half full. What was good, the dessert! That's why another 3/5 stars

Very rude, arrogant receptionist. Recording of personal data and complete ordering of meals is only possible via the app. Were not ready to leave a cent there for this minimum of service and went straight to eat elsewhere. Would have preferred to give 0 stars.

Hey We have been regular guests for 3 years, and in our opinion you are one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in the whole sector. The food is always very good, the cocktails demanding and the staff super nice and competent! We love you and will continue to be regulars in the future. best regards Dennis Nogatzki & Truus Wendel

Not again. Bad service, chilli was tasty but only lukewarm. The service made an effort, but the friendliness only seemed fake. The oh-so-praised burgers were barely topped with half a lettuce leaf, a pickled cucumber and a dollop of mayo. Root dry. French fries not salted. All in all 👎 for that damn expensive !! As I said, never again.

In addition, "our" waiter was very courteous and polite. Negative: At first the sauces that had been ordered were missing, which were handed in immediately. The waiter stood in front of us twice with orders that did not belong to us. On my cheeseburger there was bacon, which I neither like nor ordered and, according to the menu, didn't belong on it. Unfortunately, there was also medium-length, pitch-black hair on my burger (we are blonde). The taste of the burgers was ok, but nothing more. A few years ago it was totally spectacular and "rare" (not always the same Fast Foot chain) The location on the A1, right in front of Ikea, and the entire atmosphere is inviting and practical. - For a change, Connie's Diner instead of McDonalds. Was there many years ago and remembered the place well: American and typically greasy and good. We went there today after 8 years for a snack. Treat yourself to a burger before it rises to continue your journey. The quality and quantity are not justified by the price. Apart from the very bad directions, we come straight to the meal. Eating well is important in a restaurant. All the bells and whistles of decorative stuff can look very inviting and classy. - That deceives and tricks the customer's taste buds. Because of Corona and the long waiting time, we decided to settle down at the beer garden. - A skilful manipulation through atmosphere or wellbeing was almost impossible with the taste. 3 chicken burgers and an El Paso citizen were served, plus 4 small drinks. The drinks are okay. The burgers ... very disappointing. After about 35-40 minutes. Then it was time to wait. The big disappointment; Nothing special, cold and bad taste. Wait half an hour for 4 burgers. Never again. In retrospect, we're glad we only ordered one burger. I can't imagine how hellishly expensive it would be if we had indulged in side dishes for the disappointment. I'm sorry, but I cannot recommend the store. Price performance does not fit back and front. Two stars for the atmosphere and nice service.

In keeping with the look of the restaurant, food is true to the original and perhaps not as fancy as you know it from trendy burger temples in the city centers. This diner could just as easily be found in a small town in the USA. You have to like and appreciate it. Since Covid-19 also with completely digital ordering via smartphone (works very well).

If you want good American food, you've come to the right place. Unfortunately located close to the motorway and therefore noisy traffic. Outdoor areas therefore only conditionally recommended. However, this has no effect on the delicious food.

It took 48 minutes before we got our food, and in was more than 12 euros for an burger with literally zero sides and you did not pay for premium quality either.
